Return Policy
Our standard Return Policy is standard with the industry: Return for credit within 15 days of receipt with a restocking fee of 20% (minimum charge of $20) applies to all returns. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for all freight charges on refused or undeliverable packages. We cannot accept returns on software, media, system or flash memory, movies, computer systems, water cooling parts or kits.
A note on returns: Returns are costly. Restocking fees have developed in the electronics industry as a way to try to help recover the costs of unnecessary returns. Actual costs generally run 40-60%.
To return an Item
Should you need to return an item, please email sales@pcpowerzone.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, instructions and a return address. Please follow the directions carefully. We do not make this hard, but we need to get your product back to the correct warehouse in order to issue credit.
Any product returned without an RMA # or sent to the wrong address will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customers expense. No RMA #’s will be issued after the product(s) have been received by the customer for 15 days. After 15 days, the product must be sent to the manufacturer for warranty service. We will work with you and the manufacturer to make sure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
